Peter Jacobs

With more than 25 years of B-to-B and B-to-G experience, Peter has helped companies ranging from software start-ups to billion-dollar contractors succeed. Peter is especially focused on branding, corporate and marketing communications, and media relations. Currently, Peter develops communications plans and content, and hosts podcasts where he interviews experts on topics that include cybersecurity, digital transformation, and healthcare IT.

Peter previously led marketing and communications for software and services firms, including Alion Science and Technology, Webversa, Telos, and NetGuard, and was Copy Director for The Marketing Group, a tech-focused B-to-B agency. Throughout his career, Peter has developed and managed programs that encompass press and analyst relations, online communications, product and “productized” service launches, and channel partner initiatives.

He began his career as a radio announcer and commercial producer, and continues to work as a voiceover artist and narrator. In 2010, he was named one of SmartCEOMagazine’s “Smart CMOs.” Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in Television/Radio Journalism.
