As a four-time CMO, Charles brings more than 25 years of in-the-trenches marketing, product management, and business development leadership experience in high-growth cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure software companies. Charles has been instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies at category leaders like Virtru, Sonatype, FireMon, Progress Software, Red Hat, and others.

Charles currently serves as CMO of ThreatConnect, a cybersecurity firm providing a threat intelligence platform. Beyond his full-time executive roles, Charles is deeply involved in the DC startup community. He is a frequent speaker, coach, and advisor to entrepreneurs and CEOs on corporate, product, and go-to-market strategy. Outside of work, Charles is an avid bbq chef, traveler, and a rabid UVA sports fan.
